With an output of 24,000 BTU, the Mitsubishi SVZ-KP24NA / SUZ-KA24NA2 is suitable up to an average room in an average climate. The unit also has a 18 SEER rating, making it able to efficiently heat and cool your home with ease. Please note that for all of these cassettes, a grille is required for proper installation and is available as an additional accessory.
Warranty
Mitsubishi provides a 5 year parts and 7 year compressor warranty from the factory. When the unit is installed following your state and local codes and is registered online through the manufacturer, the warranty is upgraded to a 10 year parts and compressor warranty.

The Mitsubishi ceiling cassette on this unit is designed to fit between standard 16” joists and is only 7-1/2” deep. This low profile design allows the air handler to be installed in tighter spaces and eases the installation process. Designed to function down to -4°F.
