The Goodman GSX16 Air Conditioner Condenser uses the chlorine-free refrigerant R-410A to help prevent damage to the Ozone Layer. This unit is equipped with sound-dampening features to provide operating sound levels are among the lowest in the heating and cooling industry. Using high-quality components,the Goodman GSX16 air conditioner condenser is rated at 16 SEER and will help reduce energy consumption throughout the life of the system.

3.5 ton
The GSX160421 AC-only condenser is 3.5 tons, normally enough to cover up to a medium-sized house. Please note that in some cases, the system bundle pairs this unit with a larger tonnage coil to maintain the system’s efficiency.
16 SEER
The GSX160421 condenser is designed to be up to 16 SEER in ideal system configurations. Considered a high-efficiency, 16 SEER is around 12% more efficient than a 14 SEER system, saving you a lot of money in energy bills. 16 SEER efficiency ratings tend to be where cost meets efficiency, and is normally the best value for the efficiency.
The GSX160421 condenser comes with Goodman’s standard 10 year parts warranty with online registration through the manufacturer. An installation that follows your state and local codes is required for the warranty to be upheld.
The cabinet of Goodman’s condensers are manufactured out of heavy-gauge galvanized-steel with a baked-on painted finish that is approved for 500 hours of salt spray. The durable cabinet of the GSX160421 is also compliant with 2010 Florida building code integrity requirements for hurricane-strength weather.
For easier maintenance, Goodman designed the GSX160421’s cabinet with two maintenance access panels: one on the top and one on the side. For easier installation, the GSX160421 is made with easy-access gauge ports and service valves with sweat connections. Both of these lower installation and maintenance times and costs, keeping money in your pocket for the things you care about most.

4 to 5 Tons
The Goodman MBVC2000AA-1 modular blower has an output that is rated to match up to a 4 to 5 ton system. Although not always the case, in order for a paired air conditioning or heat pump system to function at peak heating and cooling efficiency, ideal system configurations will have the coil within the range of this modular blower. Please note that in order for the modular blower to provide straight electric heating, a compatible electric heat kit is required, available to be field-installed at an additional cost.
Warranty
Goodman offers a 12 year parts warranty on their variable speed modular blowers when your installation that follows your state and local codes. Please note that in order for the warranty to be upheld, you must register the unit online through the manufacturer.
The Goodman MBVC2000AA-1 modular blower is designed to be flexible in installation application. With its small form factor and ability to work with a separate AC or heat pump coil, the unit is easily installable. For durability, there is foil-faced insulation inside the cabinet, and the outer casing is constructed from strong galvanized steel.
The Goodman MBVC2000AA-1 uses a variable speed ECM blower motor, providing precise adjustments to keep your home’s temperature as stable as possible. The unit is also compatible with ComfortNet communicating equipment, and with paired with it, temperature control, efficiency, and overall comfort are enhanced even further. Either way, the MBVC2000AA-1 lives up to the Goodman name.
