The Goodman GPH1430M41 heat pump packaged unit is rated for 2.5 tons. This size of unit is generally suitable to cover a small house in many climates. Please note that the heating output of this unit cuts out at 30°F. For heating below this temperature, a backup heating kit is required, as a field-installable accessory provided at an additional cost.

14 SEER

At 14 SEER, the Goodman GPH1430M41 heat pump has the standard efficiency on the market today, making it installable in all mainland US states. If you would prefer a higher efficiency unit, a 16 SEER system would be around 12% more efficient than this one.

Goodman offers a 10 year parts warranty on the GPH1430M41 when its installation follows state and local codes of the installation address and when the unit is registered online through the manufacturer.

The GPH1430M41 is designed to be durable and sturdy, with its cabinet made of heavy-gauge galvanized-steel and its enhanced coil protection.
