Included standard features like a rotisserie with an infrared rear rotisserie burner, a charcoal/smoker basket, heat zone separators, and heavy-duty cast stainless steel burners make this a complete outdoor cooking machine. Cook a hen or small turnkey on the rotisserie. The 1/4" thick cast stainless steel burners can cook as low as 200 degrees while still getting more than hot enough to put a proper sear on a steak. The heat zone separators allow you to cook multiple foods at once. Separating the burner cooking a juicy porterhouse from the burner more slowly cooking some marinated chicken breasts. The charcoal smoker basket allows you to infuse your food with natural smoke flavor. The 16GA heat distribution plates prevent flare-ups while creating smoke to add to the flavor of your meal.
