What it does have are quality components that exceed the construction of its competitors. 16GA 304 stainless steel "U" burners are extremely durable and provide even heating. Diamond Sear cooking grids are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. The battery-operated continuous spark igniter lights the burners every time. The choice series of grills do not require 120V for operation. 16GA heat distribution plates minimize flare-ups, provide even heat distribution, and protect your burner from food drippings. The analog thermometer provides accurate temperature readings so your food. This is an extremely well-built grill without the interior lights, backlit control knobs, polished edges and other features that are exclusive to the Echelon Diamond and Aurora Series of grills by Fire Magic.
