2.5 Ton, 13 SEER

With a system output of 2.5 tons, this condenser can support cooling in small mobile homes in ideal applications. With a basic efficiency rating of 13 SEER, this condenser will be adequate for northern-state applications. If you are coming from our site’s calculator, please note that it is a good idea to upsize any calculation by a ton to compensate for limited insulation and other factors that cause a mobile home to differ from traditional home sizing.

90,000 BTU, 80% AFUE

With a system output of 90,000 BTU, the Revolv MG1E-090B furnace can generally heat average mobile homes in ideal applications. With a basic efficiency rating of 80% AFUE, this input equates to an output of 72,000 BTU, and 80% of the fuel going into the unit is contributed to heating your home and the remaining 20% of the fuel is lost out of the flue venting and is used up in normal furnace operations. The Revolv MG1E-090B furnace is designed to be easily installed for a faster process, lowering labor costs. While this furnace is natural gas out of the box, a propane conversion kit is included in this package to be field-installed if needed with no additional material cost, saving you money. With its sealed motor bearings, reliable burner controls, modern hot surface ignitor, and sealed combustion, this furnace has low maintenance requirements, providing the peace of mind that your unit will reliably heat your home even in the coldest winter months.

OVERVIEW

Revolv coils are designed to be a perfect fit for many mobile and manufactured home HVAC split system applications. Designed with quick connect fittings and a sturdy, compact design, the Revolv 1854M4A coil allows for a quick and easy installation process with compatible equipment.

3.5 Tons

The Revolv 1854M4A is rated to be compatible with condensers with up to 3.5 tons of heating and cooling. With its ability to be installed with either an AC-only condenser or a heat pump condenser, this unit is ideal for many applications. In some packages, this coil will be larger than its paired condenser, which will increase the overall efficiency of the entire unit, but the coil should never be smaller than its paired condenser.
Please note that this item cannot operate independently from a quick connect condenser and a blower, each available at an additional cost.

Please note that this unit is not designed to replace a central system coil for a traditional home’s all-electric setup and is intended for mobile and manufactured home use only.
