BBQ Island Vent Panels

You will need to vent panels for any gas appliance in your BBQ island.  Vent panels prevent any gas build up inside of the BBQ island. The placement of gas vent panels depends on if you have natural gas or a propane grill.  Our NFI certified specialists recommend you do the following:

• For natural gas appliances, install the gas vent panel as high as possible because natural gas rises.
• For propane or LP gas appliances, you need to install the vents low as possible because propane is a heavy gas that sinks.
• You will need to place a BBQ vent panel every four to six feet.
