The chart on the left is not as intimidating as it looks. Each of the three numbers represents one of the air handlers. The value of the number indicates the BTU capacity of the system, times 1000. For example, 6+6+12 means you get two air handlers rated at 6,000 BTUs and one rated at 12,000 BTUs.
